What access do you need?
Read-only access to the systems under review is typically enough. We work within your security requirements and document exactly what access was granted and why.
What do we actually get at the end?
A written report in plain language: what we reviewed, what we found, and a prioritized roadmap ordered by business impact — plus a live debrief with your team.
Is this just a setup to sell us a bigger project?
No. The roadmap is written so you can execute it with your own team, another vendor, or us. Some clients continue into a project or support plan; many take the roadmap and run with it. Both outcomes are fine with us.
