On-call pipeline support, without the full-time hire
The Pipeline Reliability Plan is ongoing, on-call support for businesses that depend on ETL pipelines but do not need a full-time data engineer. Your pipelines stay monitored, maintained, and improving — for a predictable monthly cost.
Businesses that depend on pipelines — not on headcount
What having us on call changes
"When it breaks, we're stuck."
A failed load used to mean a scramble for outside help. Now it means a call to someone who already knows your environment.
"Nobody's watching the pipelines."
Failures used to surface when reports went missing. With monitoring and maintenance in place, they surface — and get fixed — before that.
"Small fixes wait forever."
The tweaks and enhancements that never justified a contract on their own now have a standing home — and actually get done.
Everything a healthy pipeline needs, month over month
Troubleshooting and incident support
When a pipeline fails, you have someone on call who already knows the environment — no cold-start discovery while reports sit late.
Pipeline monitoring and maintenance
We keep watch on your scheduled jobs and handle the routine upkeep that prevents small issues from becoming outages.
Bug fixes and performance tuning
Defects get fixed and slow spots get tuned as part of the plan — not queued behind a new statement of work.
Small enhancements
New columns, tweaked logic, an extra report feed — the small improvements that keep the system matching the business.
Monthly reliability review
A monthly summary of what ran, what failed, what we fixed, and what we recommend next — in plain language.
Onboarding first, then steady state
Onboard
A one-time, 40-hour engagement to document the environment, establish access, assess existing pipelines, and create the support plan.
Support
Steady state begins: monitoring, maintenance, on-call troubleshooting, and small enhancements under your plan.
Review
Each month you get a reliability review — what happened, what we did, and what we'd improve next.
Adjust
As your environment grows or quiets down, the plan flexes with it. No paying for coverage you don't need.
A predictable monthly cost
A fraction of a full-time hire
The Reliability Plan is a flat monthly rate, sized to your environment during onboarding — so you know exactly what pipeline support costs, every month. It begins with the one-time, 40-hour onboarding engagement that gets us to genuine familiarity with your systems.

Frequently asked questions
What does the 40-hour onboarding engagement cover?
Documenting your environment, establishing secure access, assessing the existing pipelines, and creating the support plan we'll operate under. It's what lets us fix things quickly later — we're never learning your systems during an incident.
What counts as a "small enhancement" versus a project?
Small enhancements are changes we can make safely within your monthly plan — a new field, adjusted logic, a tweaked schedule. Anything larger gets scoped as a defined project, with its own proposal, so plan work never gets crowded out.
How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
Response expectations are agreed during onboarding and written into your support plan, based on how critical each pipeline is to your business.
Do you have to have built the pipelines to support them?
No. The onboarding engagement exists precisely so we can take on pipelines built by others — we document and assess them first, then support them with confidence.
Can we cancel or change the plan?
Yes. Plans are month to month after onboarding, and everything we document along the way — runbooks, environment notes, the support plan itself — is yours to keep.
Want your pipelines watched by someone who can fix them?
Tell us what you're running and what keeps you up at night. We'll propose a plan that fits.
